  • The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with all Departments and Suppliers ensuring on time documentation flow.
  • Answering and redirect telephone calls on a very busy switchboard.
  • Perform general administration
  • Attend to visitors
  • preparation concerning their visit.
  • Issuing of visitor clock cards
  • ensure safe return.
  • Assist courier with collections and deliveries.

Skills

  • The minimum requirements for this position is a matric certificate with excellent communication skills
  • strong administrative skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans and Xhosa as third language would be an advantage.
  • Computer literate in MS Office, ability to listen attentively, and stay calm.
  • Be friendly, neat, presentable and very punctual. Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
